Start With the Gap

Identify the behavioral gap, find the domain it belongs to, then choose the practice that most closely matches what you're seeing.

Complete practices include both the Practitioner Experience and Coaching Layer. The structure is already built; adapt the Signal and Redirect to fit the Practitioner and their real work. The Practitioner Experience is where the behavior runs — the Coaching Layer is where the evidence is read, the same four elements seen from the outside.
